The Look At My Life Project in partnership with Ryerson University have written and published a compelling article about access to education in Ontario. The article, Look at my Life: Access to Education for the Remand Population in Ontario, appears in The Canadian Review of Social Policy’s issue Reassessing Support to Vulnerable Populations in Canada (working title) and explores the commodification of crime and how public policy influences the right to education for marginalized populations in Ontario. We are so proud of our team for raising awareness about this issue at the academic level. We hope that our work continues to impact systemic change.
